I don´t sell expensive courses and events for everybody or universal sets for which you have to pay several thousand euros. And there is no compulsery course you have to buy. I am only offering individual coaching or training, especially designed for individual clients and for corporate customers.
I am a certified Business Coach, Trainer, and Career Advisor. Additionally, I hold a successful degree in Business Administration from FU Berlin (now known as a Master's in Business Administration) with specializations in Human Resources Management, Corporate Policy, Marketing, and Languages. I am also a certified HR Specialist, possess the Training Aptitude Examination (AEVO), and have earned the SAP HCM Certification with distinction. Since August 2023, I have been certified in the LINC personality test to ensure genuine and sustainable development for my clients.
Immediately after completing my successful degree, I worked as an instructor in the fields of Economics, Mathematics, Job Application Training, and Human Resource Management in the new federal states of Germany. After a stint in the advertising agency industry in Düsseldorf, I eventually landed in Frankfurt am Main, specializing in executive search and traditional headhunting. During my eight years there, I filled positions ranging from receptionist to executive board members. I then decided to return to my hometown of Berlin to qualify as a certified HR Specialist. Since 2003, I have been working in innovative international companies in the HR sector, primarily in mid-sized enterprises.
My HR expertise encompasses: Recruitment, Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, Personnel Development, Training, Conflict Resolution, Separation Management, Candidate Selection, Onboarding, German Labor Law, Collaboration with Works Councils, Talent Management, Leadership, and Motivation Training, Process Design, Personnel Administration, Managing relationships with HR consultants and staffing agencies, Troubleshooting, and ultimately everything that comes under the purview of HR departments.
In May 2023, I took the leap and decided to start my own company, "Die Karrierekrönerin". After juggling part-time roles while simultaneously working as a coach and trainer, I made the decision to venture into full-time entrepreneurship.
