My first trial lesson for private clients is free of charge.

A fee is charged from the second lesson onwards.

For Private Clients

My initial trial session for private clients is complimentary. Starting from the second session, there is a fee, and my hourly rate is based on a 50-minute session. Booking packages, which include multiple hours, offer cost savings for you.


Booking packages, which include multiple hours, offer cost savings for you. The price for a single session of individual coaching for private individuals begins at 199,00€ You have the option to choose a package before or after the first session, as per your preference.


I recommend packages to make quicker progress and secure your preferred times and appointments. Special rates are available, such as four hours for 699,00€ and ten hours for 1.699,00€ Please note that I exclusively operate on a pre-payment basis, meaning you can either make the payment before our meeting or bring the fee in cash.


The cost for the standalone personality test (Big Five Model) is 149,00€

For Corporate Clients

My hourly rate (60 minutes) for corporate clients is determined by the scope and complexity of the project, starting at 249,00€ for a single hour.


For interim roles, training, lecturing, or consulting services, my daily rate begins at 1.599,00€. The daily package rate varies based on the complexity of the task(s), the topic, and factors such as effort and travel, including hotel stays, if necessary. I am available for work globally, and I am fluent in both German and English.

All prices are exclusive of applicable German VAT.
