My extensive experience in HR has exposed me to a wide array of situations and challenges. I've served as both a leader, a generalist, a recruiting specialist, and a staff member in HR, encountering various facets and personalities of employees and managers firsthand. My role has consistently involved professional and respectful communication with all levels within the organization – from employees and HR departments to works councils, managers, executives, and boards of directors.


Internally, I have conducted numerous training sessions across all levels for the training and development departments. Immediately after completing my degree in business administration, I taught job seekers nationwide during the day and working professionals in evening classes at various educational institutions. In 2014, I also obtained a Train-The-Trainer certification. In essence, I offer training sessions for both groups and individuals on motivation, leadership, and all HR-related topics.
