The Career Crown naturally offers Outplacement or Newplacement services as well. The affected employee or executive receives a form of reorientation from an external, knowledgeable consultant, paid for by the employer.

In other words, they are assisted in reestablishing their professional path. Outplacement entails facilitating the separation from the employer for the employee, providing the necessary support they require. Both terms are to be considered synonymous. For simplicity's sake, I refer to Outplacement or Newplacement as individual career counseling that the employer covers for the terminated employee.


This involves the successful search for a new job, encompassing all aspects of career guidance, such as value analysis, location analysis, resume review, interview preparation, outreach to potential employers, image makeover, and guidance on further education - essentially, everything this client needs to regain employment. An individual, viable solution is crafted for this client that is promising in terms of success.
